What’s your impact?

What’s important to you?
What do you want to be remembered for when you’re gone?
What do you want your legacy to be?

To change lives?
To save the rainforests?
To raise your children to be amazing adults?
To be an example of what’s possible?

The impact you create in this life is part desire, part grit and determination, and part believing you can make a difference.

Because you CAN make a difference.
Every one of us can.
We just have to decide to do it.

How does impact relate to legacy?

Impact may be temporary or permanent, reversible or irreversible, short-term or long-term.

You can have an impact TODAY.

Legacy, on the other hand, is about the after-effects of your impact.
The long game.
The ripple effect.

Me?
I want to leave every person, place, team and organization better than I found it.

I want to be an example of what’s possible for my kids.

I want women to succeed and to level the playing field for women in male-dominated professions or organizations.

I want my daughter to know the sky’s the limit for her in her life.

I want my kids to know that it’s ok to fail, as long as you don’t give up.

I want them to know that they are 100% in control of the results they create for themselves in their lives.

Their choice.
Their actions.
Their results.

I want this for you, too.

My children are my legacy.
So are the programs I’ve developed,
the products I’ve designed
and the leaders I’ve coached and mentored.

The ripple effect of these people, products and programs as they grow and expand in the world.

That is my legacy.
